Is knifehog a legit dealer

#1

Post by sydercojunkie »

I ordered what seem to be a really good deal on a knife but after looking at the facebook comments about the company I'm a little worried. Can anyone tell me if knifehog is a legit dealer?

I can't say I've ever heard of "knife hog". I would suggest sticking to dealers that are already very reputable instead of trying to always find the best deal. I hope it works out.

Yes. I've bought several knives from KnifeHog. All positive experiences.

Thankyou Tom! The deal they have for a Brad Southard $195 no tax or shipping seems to good to be true. I ordered late yesterday so hopefully it all works out for me.

Bought 2 Sage 1's from them last year at very good prices, both were shipped quickly and were in perfect shape when they arrived.

I would buy from KH again with no reservations..

They seemed a little weird to me too, mostly because of their pricing. On many occasions, the "sale price" is higher than the regular price. Maybe an oversight, but it's still a little off-putting and therefore I haven't bought anything from them yet. Good site though, the best as far as narrowing down the selection by specs such as length and materials.

I have purchased from Knife Hog and the service was great. Some of their product prices are the lowest around. I got a Techno for around $150. They beat everyone else with that price.

I find my Techno is a really great knife. A bit small but built like a ... tank! This is my first knife with CTS XHP. So far this steel is rapidly moving to the top of my list.

They're regular prices are competitive but not the best... But when they want to clear/move product I've seen some pretty epic doorbuster prices. Like OP said, Southard for under $200, need I say more?
