I have a successful small business and accept all payments through PP. I have had zero issues in over a year. I think many sellers and some buyers over think, or nit pick the small amounts of $$. If it's that big a deal, don't use PP. Whatever PP may charge me for a "fee" is washed out by the small profit ($1-$2) I make on shipping.
