Well, I just re-read the entire thread and I realized, there is an important aspect of Spyderco we have completely left out of the game.
Spyderco makes a wonderful assortment of sharpening equipment and yet no one has posted any stones! Same with their shirts and beanines! I propose we introduce their sharpening equipment and other non-knife tools as well! Hopefully we would get some new players or at least some who have run out of knives but still want to play!

Who else is with me?
I'm all for it!
I don't know much about Spyderco gear, so we're going to play this one by ear, and I'll readily take input from other members whenever issues come up. Official Spyderco stuff only. I don't know if SKUs pop up on all these things (it seems they do), but it'd be great to have them posted and listed to keep things sane.
Here's some immediate things that come to mind. Feel free to pitch more rules or ideas:
Specific clothing size is disregarded and can be matched with another size.
Unless you're willing to dismantle your knives to take pictures, Parts Kits and Sheath Clips are not eligible.
Sharpmaker accessories are eligible if they're not included in the standard Sharpmaker kit.As soon as I update the rules, we'll be good to go with these. I just need some more feedback to flesh this update out.
I put a rule in place that custom mods were to be disregarded when posting challenges. The rationale behind that is customization makes an item unique and perhaps impossible to match, therefore impractical for the game. However, one fellow member pointed out thatsome do figure in the wiki among the listed variations (Example: C11PBK-LE Endura Custom Janich Grind).
I ask the veteran members to please tell me more about these mods (I'm even thinking this should be a separate thread to get more attention in the forum). Are they officially recognized by Spyderco, or just the community? Are they mass-produced on a scale fit to be for this game?

Can we be more specific on what is ment by "Gear"? Is everything with spyderco on it fair game? Is then a catalogue, pen, mug, pin, goodie bag, plastic bag, book, etc... also considered as gear?
