I somehow managed to pass on the Cruwear Military craze which is gripping the community as we speak...

So I'm happily carrying my M4 Military today :)

Today was the Chokwe's turn. I used it a bit at today's Cub Scout "Burger Burn" fundraiser. As the Grillmaster for a three hour shift, I needed to open some packs of burgers and dogs, which were no match for the slicing power packed into this :spyder: beast... No one was harmed in the grilling. :D

My Chokwe is definitely my favourite knife thus far. The fit and finish is amazing, the full hollow construction makes it super easy to keep clean, and the handle is much much more comfortable than it looks like it should be. I haven't taken the clip off to attach it to the end of a pole, but if the need ever arises I'll be ready :spyder:

Forum Native...

I finally got around to fit a deep carry Ti clip. I also reprofiled - expected S110V to put up a fight, but it was surprisingly quick and easy.

The ti clip is from USAKnifemaker, which I modified slightly to fit.

Reprofile was done with Edge Pro, 120 then 320 grits @ +- 27 deg incl, and a 30 deg microbevel with the SM brown stones. The whole reprofile took me 15 min max, which was surprisingly quick... I reprofiled the South Fork just before that (same stones and process), and it took me a good hour. But it has a bit more edge to work on than the Native. :)

Still I was expecting more pain from S110V.
