Ronin -- I couldn't resist

Hail, fellow SpyderNuts.

Since the release of the Ronin, and the announcement there would be a folder version of it, I had been trying to convince myself that the Yojimbo would be my next purchase.

Two weeks ago, I found I was actively searching for user reports involving the Ronin.

One week ago, I browsed the website of my favourite knife online retailer, and purely coincidentally (I promise!), I got stuck at the Ronin's site. I had to purchase one.

Today, it arrived. What a knife. Small, razor-sharp, very well made (no surprise there, since it's a Spyderco), and I must admit I like the sheath.

What really appeals to me is that you can either opt to have it hanging around your neck, or clip it to your belt in several positions. THAT's great!

My new favourite EDC knife.

Thanks, all. It's bloody sharp, and the tip is like a needle. On top of that, it's small enough that it can be carried under a pullover without being noticed.

Right now, I can't think of a better knife. Kudos to Spyderco!

Not to mention it's great for spreading butter on bread Congratulations on your new fine knife.
