War Games, Red Dawn, Terminator, Better Off Dead are the first ones that come to mind. Could probably include any of the Brat Pack movies as well.

xceptnl is on fire! All good picks :D

Willoe was insanely good too, J32A2.

For me there is just something fun about watching old campy flicks. Anything with Norris or Swartzie in it...with plenty of booze and laughs.

Wow! I loved "Rad" so much. My best friend and I watched it over and over again when we were kids. I still have a VHS copy tucked away, and my bf and I dubbed that copy onto homemade DVDs for ourselves about 5 years ago. I think I may have to watch it this weekend now.

+1 on almost all the movies mentioned. As a kid in the 80s I loved the action movies best, like Rambo 1 & 2 and I always thought Bloodsport has been Van Damme's best movie.

Awesome, ASmitty! I also have a VHS copy and a DVD version. I have so many wonderfully rad memories of watching that movie and riding my 1987 GT Pro Freestyle Tour, which I still have. :D Happy riding down memory lane when you watch the movie!

Maybe I missed it, but despite all of the great movies mentioned above, Revenge of the Nerds seems to be a strangely absent suggestion.
