I have just discovered the joy an auction site can bring. Although I am sure my wallet will disagree with me in a few weeks :P

I'm not much of a steel snob. My folders don't see super heavy duty use anyway and I don't mind maintenancing my knives often, I am a big fan of the 1095 cro van steel that Becker uses on their fixed blades----Esee as well.

Arrived today and, I am pleased to say, it was worth the year + wait!! Also, glad I got it locked in at a pre-order price lower than some of the prices I've seen for the stock now arriving at retailers.

The fluted Native is third on my list. A Lionsteel TiSpine (found one, hopefully have it by the end of the week), a Strider SJ75 in S30V or CPM-154, and then this one.
Gorgeous.
