So, who else is still waiting for their Caly 3 SB? Mine still has a preorder status on Knifeworks :( . But it seems they are on vacation, so maybe it'll change when they return. I've been waitinf a long time for super blue...I'm losing my mind!

I'm still waiting too. The email that they sent to me said the owner was taking them on a cruise so they would be shut down for a few weeks...or something like that. I've been waiting for a while and could've ordered other places. I was impatient though and thought it would go through faster than the ohter companies could get them in...I was wrong.

KW was the only ones with them left that would ship to NY when I got around to ordering. Hopefully they will deliver and the wait will be worth it. KW has pretty great service and competative prices.

I swear the longer these stay available, the closer I get to just ordering one on impulse. I need Superblue right?

It was a feeble attempt at fending off my inner cravings!
As you can see I failed in the past and I am pretty sure the CF Caly 3 has made me love the overall size almost as much as the Caly 3.5.

I'm going to ride this Superblue wave until it crashes.... Well played Sal, well played!

I wouldn't despair just yet. I had placed a "pre-order" with KW a while back. I waited a couple weeks and emailed their customer service. They then replied stating that they weren't sure when they'll be getting enough to fill their preorders. Then a week after that I found one sitting on my doorstep!

That's a great looking patina, it almost looks like damascus with all that variation.

The patina on your Caly sort of looks the one on my Manix.

That is a terrific geometric patina. It is somewhat organic, but so consistent that it looks fake. *no disrespect* I am jealous!
