I have been looking at these models for a while; Delica 4 ffg, Stretch, Manix 2 Blue Lightweight, and the Endura 4. I like my mini grip a lot but usually edc a d'fly, however, I am now looking for a larger knife for larger tasks etc... I have heard that the manix 2 is really heavy duty but would you prefer a stretch or an endura. I know the delica is smaller but I am still contemplating it.
Thanks

I don't see a negative on your list, but the Manix 2 lightweight would be my first suggestion. The lock manipulation is similar to the axis lock you are used to on the griptilian. The stretch, delica and endura are all great knives as well (in that order). I know that helps none, but that's the nature of the Spydiebite, it really can't be a bad choice.

Haha I just voted D4 and the score is 1-1-1-0, so we're not very helpful. The Delica started it all for me, so I'm biased. I also haven't held a stretch, so I can't comment there. I just think that the Delica is a perfect step up from the Dfly, my second choice would probably be Manix but that's gonna feel larger in pocket than the Delica if you're used to the Dfly.

The Endura is one of my favorite knives. Period! I had one and gave it to one of my friends who never owned a good knife. I don't regret it at all but the Endura is back on my short list.

I agree with .357. The Endura is pretty hard to beat. My second pick would be the Manix2. Let us know what you end up choosing! :D

P.S. If you're interested in the Endura, check out the (Emerson) Waved version. It's pretty awesome!

I don't own any of the knives you've listed, but I would sure like a Stretch... so naturally I voted Stretch.

So... 3 similar VG-10 lockbacks or a CTS-BD1 ball-bearing lock.

I think you're splitting hairs. Choose the one that you like the looks of best.
Or get two :)

Just voted for Manix 2 lightweight.
Love the lock and have been wanting this knife for some time.
That said, I want a Stretch really, really bad too.
You can't go wrong with any of the ones you have listed, just make sure you let us know which you choose and why!

Stretch for me. Excellent slicer, compact, and comfortable to use. I like a structured grip, but prefer the grip area of the Stretch to that of the Manix. For me, the finger separator is more of a hindrance than a help and places the swell too far back for comfort.

Thanks everyone for the input! I have decided that I will get either the stretch or the manix 2, I am still stuck on which one i should get, it seems that the vote is also dead even between those 2 lol

Stretch!
It's easier to handle than the Manix LW. Can't get my fingers around the Manix's wide frame, otherwise it's fine as well.

Stretch for the win. Excellent handle ergos and versatile blade shape in a modest package that doesn't crowd your pocket.

Voted Stretch. If you like the ergonomics on the Dragonfly you'll appreciate the stretch. I EDC the two together quite frequently, and they make a really nice pair.

I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

The Stretch is a very nice larger knife. Great ergonomics, slim profile, plenty of blade and a choil.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)
