I also placed a pre-order with Cutlery Shoppe, then after about a week, I realized I wasn't comfortable going that route. So I canceled it, with no problem. Anyway, like a lot of you the initial excitement has worn off. I probably will still buy one, but not at inflated prices, when it finally does become available, at a decent price.

Carrying a new one now that got sent to me by spyderco, gotta love the company. I was planning on buying the knife later on just to run some personal test on it then trading off but the when I opened the package and put it in my hand, it sadly is fighting with my pm2 for pocket time. and it's winning because it disappears in my pocket. Its not discontinued, its just highly wanted for a good reason

CS was very professional in the way they handled my cancellation. I was not going to pay over $100. for one. When they hit $99.00 at my other favorite Spydie shop I had to jump.
