Smaller spydie in the coin pocket, larger IWB or in briefcase/backpack as needed.

Primary, bigger blade in front right pocket. LBK or SAK in right cargo pocket. And occasionally, a Military or Yojimbo in rear right pocket. In the summer, I sometimes wear a fanny pack. A Cricket fits in a small side pocket perfectly. Most fix blades go on left side of belt, slightly canted forward, for cross draw.

I don't think I have ever carried in coat or shirt pocket.

Oh, I love clipping a Remote Release to my chest pack when fly fishing.

Right front pocket for me. Always use the clip if it comes with one. IWB when running or other exercise activities.

I made a kydex holster so the knife could be held horizontally, just above the waistband. It's a lot faster to draw, and more comfortable for me. And there's almost no chance of it accidently falling out.

Usually have three Spydies with me 1) Primary knife is clipped in the back right pocket 2) SS SE Ladybug in the front left with the change and, finally, 3) Back-up knife is a modified Byrd Rescue knife clipped in the right hip waist band (cell phone covers the clip).

On weekends or evenings, mostly clipped to my left front pocket or cargo pocket. During the work week, I carry a small "gentleman's knife" in the left front pocket of my suit (sans clip). I also usually have a larger or more specialized blade in my briefcase or rucksack...

On workdays (Mon-Thu) I usually carry a discreet knife in the backpocket of my suit pants (CRKT Pazoda - the first knife that I bought, which set me on the slippery downhill road of knife addiction :-) ). Sometimes I just leave it home though, as I have a Victorinox Swisstool in my laptop backpack.
On Fridays and weekends I carry a Spyderco Ambitious in the 5th pocket of my jeans, or a small front pocket of my cargo pants.
For hiking trips, holidays, and general outdoors - Endura in my backpocket (jeans, cargos or shorts).

I put the FRN UKPK in the right rear jeans pocket - the least conspicuous and most comfortable place. Whenever I have tried front pockets the knife either digs in or lifts up/out and becomes unclipped when sitting down. Cargo pant pockets just dump everything out as soon as I sit in the car or any low seat.
My spydies: Squeak, Tenacious, Terzuola, D'Allara, UKPK CF peel-ply pre-production, UKPK CF smooth pre-production, UKPK G10 orange leaf-blade, UKPK FRN grey drop-point, UKPK FRN maroon leaf-blade, Bug ... all PE blades :)
