greetings all,
need some informative help from you spyderco "pros". have a one that's shaped like a "police". the blade is marked spyderco over vg-10 on one side. other side is marked "japan" only. it's a lock-back without the current dent relief. handle is what appears to be smooth black micarta. pin construction with no pivot adjustment. also tip-down only. no jimping on blade either. i'm at a loss so any help would sure be appreciated. i also apologize for not being able to submit a picture. thanks and best regards to all.

Hard without a photo, but the full size Calypso comes to mind.

If it looks like the top one in this photo, it's definitely a C54 Calypso...

No problem Mike, Glad us "oldtimers" were helpful
Since I would hate to see you lose any sleep you can always send that Calypso to me since it was always one of my favorite full size spydies.
Even with the warped blade and no liners :) Just Kidding!
