What is the current last number of the collectors club? As in what is available?

Im considering joining the collectors club. I really like the concept. And since Ive been buying all the more recent knives anyway, I figure this might make it simpler. What I want to know is, if I were to join, around what number would I be? Does anyone know how many current members there are? Im sort of picky about numbers, and if its going to be one I dont "like" Im not going to want it on all my knives.

I know, Im weird... Thanks tho! -DC

Most of us are. :o :D

Have no idea what number you'd get. Can tell you the numbers get recycled and, AFAIK, they'll give you the lowest available one, which means you may very well not get the next one after the current "high number". Best bet would be to read Kelly's post in this thread if you have not already done so, to get an idea of the options available. Next step, IMHO, should be to line up a dealer willing to service a Collectors Club account for you. That way if you decide to join, you don't have to start looking for one, since not all dealers want to do it. After that, you can contact Spyderco by phone, determine who is currently in charge of the program, ask about numbers, and if one you like can be obtained, get the necessary paperwork sent to you.
