I apologize if this is a little O/T on your thread, but I got my first serrated Benchmade the other day and I was amazed to find out their "Life Sharp" gurantee doesn't apply to serrations. If you send your Benchmade back to them for sharpening and pay the $5 fee, they won't sharpen the serrations on the knife they manufactured. How sucky is THAT?

One more reason Spyderco rocks.

I own a couple Harpys, but haven't found the need to send them to Spyderco for sharpening. I bought a 204 sharpener (and a couple of Pro-file sticks) and do it myself.

Yep, I have one in SE and I LOVE it.
I've cut a lot of stuff (index finger) with it and so far, it is still as sharp as when I took it out of the box. It is my EDC at this time, and I have no complaints with it thus far. A dang good knife design, to be sure...

Peace,

Michael
