Mine was on 29/12 if I recall. Placed the order as soon as I saw their website was updated. Had to write to Jeff when I noted that Sri Lanka was not on the CS list of countries. Jeff got back to me immediately although it must have been the wee hours of that morning for him and I am
Internally grateful to him for doing so.

Chances are, you might see orange a lot sooner than I will. Takes about three weeks to get here as USPS may not have flights when the knife reaches a dispatching hub.

You can always call them and ask. I know they will be happy to help you.

Woohoo!!! Rec'd an e-mail at 01:19 this morning, requesting CC info. Spoke to someone there this afternoon, and was told that it should be in my mailbox by Friday. I only ordered one, because that's all I need.

Thanks, CS!

How is it greedy if the seller and buyer agree to a price? In that case famous artists should only ever sell their paintings for the cost of canvas, paint and their time. Was it greedy for Jeff to make the $15k to $20k off the Sprint Run? If it wasn't for his greedy actions and willingness to take risk then no one would have a single Orange PM2.

Because the seller knows that the buyer wants one and is asking for whatever the market will bear(buyer has little choice because all the flippers are selling for similar prices). Artists are a different case. They "created" the art. So did Jeff and Spyderco. It's their baby, they can ask what they want.

So I guess if you owned a classic Shelby Cobra that had appreciated by double you'd still sell it for a hair over what you paid because only Ford or C Shelby should make $ off that. It's simple econ dude...Sellers don't get together and set a price..they offer it at what they've seen it sell for and then lower it if they have to at the point it will sell...you know where the supply and demand curve intersect. Even secondary buyers take the risk that the market (demand) is thin and that once that small group of buyers has dried up that they'll make much less or nothing. Any buyer that wants to bear the risk can call Spyderco up and have their very own sprint run produced. Everything we enjoy economically on this planet is based on these very principles. Ask Soviet era Russians how they liked there options at the supermarket.

I also could not resist checking since no indication of para2 being shipped yet. Order placed on 29/12 & payment done on 10/04. CS states they take longer to process overseas orders so lets see. Fingers crossed.

Ordered my pair on 12/31/11 and got an email the other day to call and provide payment info. Said they are working feverishly to get these out. They'll eventually ship all the orders so give them a little time.

I was surprised to find mine in the mail yesterday when I got home. I had a shipping notice from Jeff last Friday, but didn't think it would get here until mid-week.

I had ordered around Dec 30th I think, and never had to call to update my CC info, just got an email stating the charge went through (might be because Amex is treated differently from MC/Visa?). I had made some changes to the order a month or so ago (removed several smaller items I had ordered at the same time, to put them on their own order since they were in stock.

I do have a Yojimbo 2 backordered from this same order, I hear that is rumored to possibly ship in May.

Darn it. Mines not even processed for shipping yet. You guys are lucky. CS has given first preference to domestic orders and not necessarily FCFS where INTL orders are concerned.

Given what happened to the M390 Millie, wonder if we will see CS list more Para2s for sale later. Perhaps those eagerly awaited unclaimed ones.

Mine is out for delivery today. :)

I emailed to have him hold mine because I was out of town last week, when I called he said something like, "Wow, you were early!"

Correct me if I am wrong, we that pre-ordered did not have to put down $20 or so with this particular sprint run for CS?? I know I have paid $5 or 20 for a couple coming out this year but forgot which ones? Maybe it was the Brown para?
