So yeah... ive never gotten a sprint run knife before, and I really want this one... but its pricey, basically I just want to know how long the sprint will go on for? is there a set number of knives made, and its when the knives run out? or is it a short production time, IDK but i want this knife. :D

It really does vary. Some sprints are 500 pieces some are 1000. I am not entirely sure how many of the R Nishijin are being produced. It also depends on how popular the sprint model is. Para 2 seem to go very fast. Price is also a factor. Best advice, if you know you are going to get the knife, don't wait.

It depends on the demand. The white Wayne Goddard Jr. was a sprint as was the green G10 Rookie. Those were around a very long time.

Para2, Manix2, and so on...better to jump early than late. Mostly because of the profiteers.

As noted, it's hard to say. IIRC, the PE version of the R2 was fully subscribed by dealers a month or two before delivery, and most of them had pre-orders for more than they received while the SE version lasted a few months. Am guessing that this run will be about the same size, but all PE, so they'll go fast, but not as fast as the PE ones disappeared the last time around. If you think you want one, I'd suggest ordering it ASAP. New Graham Knives had 8 of them about this time last Wednesday when I ordered mine. Just looked and they're sold out.

update: KW says 1000, KC says 800; so somewhere between these.

I imagine they will not last too long. Also I am thinking there will be at least a couple shipments from the etailors, but I am new to all this and have no idea

as mentioned; you better get one now if you want one, so sense in waiting cause you will miss out
