So far, PayPal seems very happy to call it fraud. They sent me a notice tat I may not have to send the item back, but they would send instructions how to do so. They had pulled the payment from the seller's account (makes me wonder how there was the money there to pull), and that it may take several weeks to get it resolved.
So far, so good.
we'll see how it goes.

That's excellent, best possible out come. Mine happened about 5-6 years ago and they weren't quite so approachable then. I am glad to hear you are having better results.

I just heard from the seller AND Paypal.
Paypal asked for a tracking # (which I provided. Bought and printed label, item goes out tomorrow).
And Seller still doesn't believe it's fake.
I can't help that, but sent some reasons in the response.
I understand as I was in denial, myself.
Still, he claims he researched it before selling it. If I had researched it before buying it, I would not have bought it.
I went to "fake" kicking and screaming, but if I hadn't felt something was wrong, I would not have started this thread.
So, I appreciate the folks that drug me back to reality.

We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

At least the guy admits it is a fake.
I will send this to my seller, he still insists it's NOT a fake.
Not like I don't know that feeling, lol.
thanks
