Has anyone had a dog that barks at everything outside (he's outside) that he sees? People, cars, even bugs I think. We have been thinking about getting a collar to stop him but we don't know anything about them. Cost is very important because this is something we don't want to spend a lot of money on. I've seen them for $5 up to $100 so there's a big difference in them I guess. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.

We do keep him in quite a bit. Actually the only problem there is he chews furniture. Here's a picture of him chillin' in the pool room. :)r small wrote:Solution for a barking dog? Keep him inside. He'll be happier. Your neighbors will be happier.

Funny, that's my answer to my wife talking too much. :D

My son (he's 27) came in one night and was walking down a semi-dark hallway and Sawyer (dog) lowered his head, showed his teeth and growled quietly. My son talked to him and Sawyer quickly recognized him. So, if an invasion took place the lowdest noise may be the intruder. :).357 mag wrote:My waterproof, webbed feet Lab isn't scared of water. I figure a non barking dog doesn't help much in a possible home invasion. Dogs bark.. And my wife talks alot.. And my kids yell and scream...
