Love the look of these esp the stonewashed finish. Might have to pick one of these up, but probably will end up with a Persistance or Ambitious and then put the saved money towards a bigger Spydie.

Seeing as how it uses 154CM for the steel (at least in the prototype) and considering the size, I don't see how this could cost more than $150 (street pricing).

And this thread needs pictures! So other people know what knife we're referring to, I'll reference Mr Blonde's Amsterdam picture:
Mr Blonde wrote:The Techno is a little tank-like folder reminiscent of the Leafstorm. Just because the folder is short, is no reason for it not to be built like a tank. The ergos were nice. I do hope the production model will have a polished blade, rather than the bead blasted blade on this prototype. I’d also prefer a tip-up option for the clip.

While I may disagree with Mr Blonde on the polished blade, I do have to say that I would also prefer a tip-up carry option.

very nice, a warnie blade would work w/ that handle.

Oh WOW! just came across this knife.
Gotta have it no questions, a large model of the same design would be the bees knees too.

Nice looking knife. I wouldn't tell people the "name" of it though ;) Techno is like "The Spice Girls"...both sell millions of albums....but nobody admits to liking either. I'd also love to see more pics. Nice that it is a frame lock!
