I imagine he lives in Cali so ship time was 1 day, and being #33 on th elist definitely helps. Could have been a collector as already mentioned. I think there is some kind of special club that gets first dibs on sprints. Thats my $0.02.

I guess I should have waited 15 more minutes to post. Got my notification as well. Seeing as how it shipped out of Arcadia, CA -which is 15 miles from me- mine will be here tomorrow. Will post pics when it arrives!
Well I was right there, when it was up on their site for preorder so I am at the top of the list. I paid on the 25th and still no tracking number huh go figure I guess I will just have to hope it is in the mail and I didn't get a # in an email.
Likely the knives will be delivered in at least two shipments, and BBS is shipping on a first-ordered, first-shipped basis...so later orders probably ship from the second lot. That's a guess but would be similar to what's happened before.
