NO WAY!!! I might be able to snag one without breaking the bank now! and on top of that, it'll be more modern so no gunsmithing to get it to where it needs to be!

Ive also heard sig is re-engineering the 238 as a 9mm... Ill be all over that one...

The Sig version is very sweet. I've shot it a few times and they have greatly improved the design from Colt.

Here is a video just put out on Oct 27 2011 by GunBlast.com on the new Colt Mustang :D
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vB4Xk2V7Lg
Also the Original one was a cast frame and they say cast slide, new one is bar stock that is CNC machined so the fit and finish and tolerances will be a much higher quality.

Chuck,

That edge on your knife is so shiny, I think I can see myself in it! That's a nice combo for an EDC.

Is that a speed holster behind your gun?

Hehehe, that's funny but thanks, I do like to polish my bevels.

Yep, that's a speed holster. I shoot IPSC semi regularly now since I also have to officiate for most of the matches held here. I no longer find it fun to shoot hurriedly in the pre-match so it's just regular Sunday afternoons for me.

Ambitious, keys and wallet....a usual day, the pen can vary :)

EDC collection, only one of these I don't carry is the Gentlemen Folder, I like pocket clips.
Note, the consistency of carry is from left to right

I carry these two every day

If I'm going heavier I'll also have this, an old Victorinox Officer Suisse from the 1970's, discontinued. I recently got it from a trade with my friend, it was heavily abused, having the tips on both blades snapped clean off! Why in the world would he do such a thing?
Image
And sometimes I have these lying around on my desk for fun:

An old Colonial Knife Co. USA SAK-style Multi-tool, it is very old, rusted through, and beat up, I have retired it, it belonged to my father.

Some old Buck knices that also belonged to my father:

An old Schrade Sharp Finger that my father kept more as a collectable, as well as a funky Itallian shotgun shell slipjoint folder I purchased while at Yellowstone:

And finally, a pen that I carry because my SAK was made before they made them with ball point pens:
