Tenacious line naming scheme

#1

Post by Muad'Dib »

It just occurred to me that the names names of the Tenacious knife line are not grammatically symmetrical.

It should be (adjective):
Resilient
Tenacious
Persistent
Ambitious

or (noun):
Resilience
Tenaciousness
Persistence
Ambitiousness

Yeah, and Sal says "Thanx" with an x instead of a "ks" at the end.

It's funny because none of my value knives have complained about their names. I think that they are more upset by being referred to as "value" knives.

Hi Muad,

We felt that Resilience had a better sound than Resilient.

That sounds reasonable. I'm definitely not complaining, it's just something I thought of. I would say that you could just number them Awesome Knife #1, #2, etc. is that the names help me identify them more easily.

I don't know of any other knife forum that has discussions punctuated by quotes from Emerson. Thanks, Deacon!

I love this place...
