which spyder do you lust for?

Post by mjmcdowell »

LilTemperance , Ihave a friend who has a FFL and is also a spyder man he can get me spyders at a good price as he refuses to make a profit off of my purchases from him, but alas... he is having a hard time getting this little arachnid for me. I have had some martial bladecraft traing, not much mind you enough to do almost anything to avoid a confrontation. and this little 3 incher would make a great discrete edc while traveling in the us...... ahhh. ....if only there was a national right to carry law in place. Sooooo..... I will have to wait for a while , anyway they say patience is a virtue. mjmcdowell

Welcome to the Spyderco Forum.

The Lil' Temperance is a great knife and well worth waiting for. I ordered mine last May and finally received it in December.

As others have suggested, you can always buy a few others models while you're waiting

Right now I'm waiting for the CF Delica!!!

paying for my Lil Temp Trailing Point(rhino horn), on this check(about a week till payday)... next is the 25th anni delica #52... after that is the FB02.

sending my calypso jr in for warrenty on the pivot/lock, so I have a feeling I'll have a credit waiting, and that'll go towards a Kiwi.

A Spyder which I lust for?

Any that aren't in my collection.

Seriously, though, the Lil' T w/Leaf blade. I've had this Spydie on order with Glasshartt since May or June and STILL haven't received word as to when it may come in.

It seems there's some improvements underway for the Lil Temp. Sal commented on it over at Bladeforums. Here's the link:

Oh, I think I can find a few The first I can think of is Shabaria, then Gunting and Tusok (not necessarily in that order), then it should be the Cricket (prefferably SS), the FRN Calypso jr, The Standard, the Worker (modified at my choice with a C05 G-10 handles, he, he), then a Native...
Somebody stop me!
