I used to lobby for a 3.5" Lil' Temp. But there are so many great Spydercos in that size now that I'll get behind the 4" C95 Manix II.

I would go for a much larger Michael Walker, of course drop the slick CF.

AND INSTALL A LARGER PIVOT PIN!

The Stretch, Large Chinese, and others even now have too small diameter pivot pins.

This is a very cool idea...I really love the unique blade shape and overall design of this knife a lot. Even another sprint of the MW would be most welcome!!

I'd like to see that new Native5 scaled up with a 3.25"-3.5" cutting edge. The SuperLeaf with a 3.5" cutting edge would be useful, too.

That would be the Chief. And I would love to see it...especially done up to the new Native 5 specs.

I've become a big fan of the Tasman Salt; I'd like to see it with a slightly larger, different handle. Something maybe with a slight backward curve, some gentle finger choiling; a larger, different handle that sheaths more of the blade than does the Tasman Salt's Delica 3-series handle.

Of course, a new Dodo- bigger or the same size- would be just fine with me.

+1 on the Jester with G-10 (around 2.5-3 "). Also a 3" Lava with G-10 and a 3" Dragonfly Salt with Orange FRN.

I'm with the previous posters who stated that they would like a longer lava. I'd also like it to be a wharnie if possible.

I'd love a non-auto folding SWICK/SPOT blade about delica sized, with a wire clip for carry anywhere, or some sort of kerambit revisit.

I'd also love to see something like a mini Paramilitary 2 with a 3" blade and a high flat grind.

I like the idea of a bigger/larger/wider Tasman Salt  Although you could make the case that the Spyderhawk already fits that need. But if you're thinking along the lines that I'm thinking in then consider this>>>> It's not so much as a size increase which would be nice but I would like to see a modified, revamped version of the Tasman.

Have a Tasman Salt was a much pointerier tip, a marlinspike on the backside and a yellow G-10 handle. Now what Hawkbill enthusiast wouldn't like that

There are many in the Salt Series I would like to see modified. And I won't quit beating the drum for an H-1 Temperance FB05 model. And they could make it as big as the Temp 2 if they liked. Oh with a G-10 handle also.

My thought, JD, wasn't so much to change the blade of the Tasman Salt, as it was to redesign the handle into something larger and different; my only gripe (if you can really call it that) with the Tasman has been how far the blade juts out of the Delica 3-type handle in the closed position. I think with a little engineering prowess, a slightly larger handle could be made for it with some backward sweep, that better sheaths more of the blade when closed. I don't own a Spyderhawk, so I can't speak as to its design, but I see the same issue with it and its Endura 3-style handle that I find with the Tasman Salt.

I've handled a few knives with backward sweep on the handles- mostly custom pieces- and it's possible for it to be comfortable and well-executed. Granted, this is just my wish-list item for Spydie production, of course. But I think it'd be an interesting and useful knife, with proper execution.

And as long as I'm demanding a complete revamp, I may as well ask for liners and G-10 while I'm at it. :D Or maybe some carbon fiber.

I like your line of thinking. Personally I haven't had any handle issues with the Tasman or the Harpy either one>> except I do prefer G-10 over FRN for Hawkbills which is why my G-10 Harpy is so sacred to me

But what the heck I'm all for improving something that's already nice to begin with. Innovation is what Spyderco is all about for the most part. The Salt Series holds so much promise down the road and it only makes sense to keep something great in the pipeline.

But a slightly bigger and more pointy blade would make my day as well.

This may be kind of "out there", but I'd like to see a larger version of the discontinued "S" model. The original is approximately the same size as the Chaparral, but the injection molded 440c blade and aluminum scales make it light as a feather. Plus, this model has a very nice compression lock, which is a lot of fun to use.

I'd like to see the "S" model scaled up to the size of the Sage, complete with injection molded blade and scales and, of course, the compression lock.

Ooooo, I like that! Definitely a Shabaria. Maybe a smaller model? One less likely to offend sheeple? I've always liked the blade; maybe a different handle? It's not really ergonomic for me, and I like using knives, as opposed to merely looking at them.

I would love it if Spyderco made a larger Jester. Maybe the size of a Delica. That would kick major ***! :D I love the Jester and its blade shape.
