Hope this will become reality. Love Brad's designs. The blade and handle shape shown in the pics in this thread are near perfection :)

I love Brad's creations too. I think it's just a matter of time till a Spyderco - Southard collaboration will hit the market.
But what really turns me on is Brad's balisong

I am in for one, pending final design. And if it is anywhere the proto, three. One user and a couple backups. :D

I would love to see this happen, regardless of the flipper/no flipper arguments... as it seems to be the only way to get my hands on his work.

Anyone have any news on the status of Brads order book? His site is still in disarray...

If they are your customs being offered, then I will absolutely start reading the books and studying right now to learn how to develop a webpage for you! :p

Yep, I would be on board as well! Premium steel and a flipper with spydie hole would be fine by me.
Thanks and hope to see it come to reality.

Absolutely love the design but I would very much prefer the traditional spyderco hourglass clip.

Also it would be awesome if the overall knife thickness wouldn't be any greater than in the paramilitary 2.

Other than that, it's love at first sight.

Holy cow, I just checked his website. He does beautiful work.
I'll never own one, unless he works it out with Spyderco. Here's hoping.

You guys haven't noticed that they already made one? Coming out this year. Brown G-10 handles, flipper and spydie hole. Titanium on the back. oooh. Very nice. +1 Brad. I wonder when it will come out. Price point? Read the thread Sal just started. Another person and I are trying to find a release date from Sal.

Look at the thread start date. ;) It was well before it was officially known that the Southard would be produced. I'm sure most everyone who posted in this thread is aware by now that it's going to get made.
