My new Vallotton (pics)

Just when I think I've acquired the sexiest Spyderco offering... they come out with another that tops the previous. The Vallotton is the latest (for me).

It feels awesome in the hand. It is HEFTY. It's THICK. When flicked open, it has a thunderous THWACK! The polished G10 rivals carbon fiber in appearance (IMHO). The bolsters are gorgeous. The "thumb studs" that act as blade stops nest into the recesses of the bolster beautifully and create functional art.

Sorry for all the finger prints.... I can't keep my paws off this one!

Great knife well set on a complimentary background. Looks good mate. Show it to your friends & let them handle it, you will soon see how it is loved by all. :spyder: :D

Thanks. I love using my macro photography set-up to record the small details of Spydercos and make them larger than life. And, I think those details are testament to the quality of Spyderco line.

Even though I have openly expressed my distaste for thumbstuds on Spyderco products, I have to be honest and say I am slowly warming up to this knife. The more pics I see, the more I start to like it. Nice pics, racer88.

Is the entire edge the same grind or do you have to sharpen the end differently?
