Posted this in another thread, but just in case...here's a really quick preview/overview of the USN Catcherman. I'm just about dead from two days of post-Irene cleanup so apologies if I've missed anything. The blade does have a surprising amount of flex due to the relatively thin bladestock (which is what you'd want for a filet knife in any case). Many thanks to Sal and USN for a truly unique and interesting knife! :spyder:

had to pay retail for the USN, but I considered it well worth it. :spyder: :spyder:

thanks for the post and vid. flex is very good to see on this bad boy. :DStugots-II wrote:I picked up one yesterday when they hit the store. I was thinking of getting a second but thought someone else may really want one, not to mention I have my sights on plenty of others just around the corner. But if they stick around any longer who knows...
having sold and shipped many packages using usps I can say that they are usually very good at delivery times. just not soo much with updating the tracking. I actually prefer them to ups due to the fact that they put smaller packages in my secure/locked mailbox and if it's larger I get a doorbell with someone waiting for me as opposed to leaving it at my door, like ups would do. luckily, I have good neighbors and haven't had anyting stolen...yet.Bradley wrote:Well I got my shipping notice around noon pacific time. I checked my tracking number, and its not in the USPS system yet. Laaaaame.
patience is a virtue...unless it's a Spyderco knife you're waiting for.
Couple on ebay now... I hope it does not go too high... People can still get them for "cheap" off spyderco.com
