Most people have smart phones by now and there's a app for almost everything so why not a spyderco forum app

I don't see the need as long as there is a mobile version of the forum.

The forum works great on the iPhone as it is. I hate most mobile sites, and usually end up switching to the full site whenever possible.

A Spyderco app might be pretty cool though, with company history info, model specs, etc.

An app like that...would be cool. As long as it was actually complete. Every model and variation that has been made.

And I agree about most mobile sites, but a mobile version of the forum (not the site itself) would be good I think.

I agree. I hate to say it, but the mobile version for the main spyderco site doesn't even work properly and has a nice glitch that doesn't let me switch to the full version.

Yeah apparently they are working on fixing this problem. I figured it out monday morning at 7am my time when I figured I would get signed in to have my cart ready to place my order for the catcherman. I had to post something so others would hopefully see it before they tried to place an order. I have confidence that they will fix/figure it out.

As for an app or mobile site for the forum goes I am fine with the original site personally. I tent to select full site when possible since it seems mobile sites loose some functionality/options.

+1 for an app though with present and past models. That with out a doubt WOULD BE one of the best and favorite apps.

First, I'd rather see this forum go mobile, so I could use it on tapatalk. It would make browsing on a mobile device a lot easier. I do, however, like the idea of a Spyderco app with past and present models, history, specs, and other info.

I too have been having problems with Spyderco's website becoming mobile. Say I'm on a forum and someone posts a link to an item in their catalog. I click the link and it will just bring me to the main page of the mobile website.
