Is this the same color as the Para 2? I'd love it if they could use a darker gray color.

I'll have to pass for the same reason I did on the Lum Tanto. The new grey G-10 color does not appeal to me at all.

It's a good hard steel that takes and keeps a nice 20 deg inc. angle on the Mule. It'll patina in a heartbeat if you use it for food, but take care of it, and the patina will only make it look more beautiful :) It's performance will be enhanced with a Caly's thin blade :D

I think the gray with use and the gray of the handles match quite nicely :) Still cuts like a demon :D

Is this a Sprint, a limited, or regular?
I'm not a fan of the light gray either, but with how much I love my Caly3 CF, I've had my eye on the "3.5". And now with "Super Blue" it's a must!!

Light gray is the new foliage green.

I'd prefer a darker color myself. This one is an interesting surprise to me. Not sure if it will make my list yet. I'd also like to know how many of these will be available.

That's a nice patina getting going on the Mule a few posts back.

This SB Caly 3.5 is very appealing to me. I don't mind the light gray if it's like the Gray Para 2 sprint. The only thing is I have fallen so much in love with the compression lock and the way they open and close with one hand so fast and effortlessly that I'm not all that excited about getting any more knives with back locks. But that Super Blue carbon is something else. I have some J. kitchen knives that use regular Blue 2 and Blue 1 which are basically pretty similar and that stuff takes an awesome edge with little effort and those knives are a lot of fun to cut with as well as sharpen. I'll suppose I'll probably end up getting one of the Super Blue Calys. I definitely would if I didn't already have the VG10 version which itself is still a pretty great slicer.

I'm sure glad that some of y'all don't care for the light gray, since that means more available for *me* to try to snag one :) . The light gray/green/tan G10 colors don't bother me at all, I think they look kind of elegant since lots of folks have black-handled knives :D .

Maybe I'm just color-blind, if there's not a lot of light I have a hard time telling the difference between light green and light gray.

I think the light gray looks quite nice sticking out of the pocket of a pair of blue jeans. And I appreciate that it's less tactical looking than black, although I generally like black.

I love the light gray. Never had Super Blue before. Is that patina on the MT pictured above normal for Super Blue?

Also, I don't see this one in the 2011 product guide. I know they aren't all in there, but how do I get a list of upcoming sprints? Just would like to know what is in the pipe for the rest of 2011

I've been waiting for these all my life. Even before I knew it.
