I may go for a black digi para anyway. Of course, they are on back order anyway. I have a digi-satin pe millie on backorder from CS. As Tom Petty says, The waaaaaaating is the hardest part.
Black Digi Para2 @ TD. Use coupon code GD73 for 10% off. It will maybe run you $10 above CS, but his backorder list is long due to his excellent pricing so you could maybe be waiting awhile from what I gathered when I inquired about his Para2s.

Just got my satin Para2 digicam in mail yesteday from TD. Shipping was quick and offered tracking.

Thanks dmon for the heads up on the Para2 CTS-20CP. Ordered this morning and shipped today. Missed the preorders and had not been able to score one.

Great, always glad to help my knifebrothers. That was exactly how I got my cts-20cp PM2. I missed all pre-orders and was bailed out from gray sadness by a timely heads up from a fellow knifebro. :)

I also want to thank you dmon. I'm not sure if you also posted the heads up on the Lum sprint also? That's was what got my initial attention but then saw the cts-20cp para2 listed next to it. I figured that I wanted the newer steel at the lower price instead.
Thanks again :)

Mine was ordered Wed night Hawaii time and was delivered today (Sat). Pretty great service from CS and the post office. Also, I was very pleased to see that the one I received is a perfect specimen. Blade is ground just right (not too much metal ground away), nice tight lockup and nicely centered when closed. Very smooth action, and the detent resistance and lock release are just right. No tweaking needed at all. Feels great to have a good backup for my other one which is my main EDC.

Thanks again, Dmon, for bringing this to our attention, (especially since I was too late to get good position on any pre-order lists).

No, it wasn't me. I saw the Lum, but for some reason it didn't set off any alarms in my head. I am not big fan of folding tantos. But I am glad you got what you like. Enjoy!

It's a CS style. I have such a great experience with Jeff and his store. Anything I buy typically is shipped same or next day.

It's such a great knife! If Sal and Spyderco would ever come up with special run for this forum - I would hope for nothing more and nothing less than Carpenters' PM2. :)
Congrats on great new blade. Enjoy!!!

Man, I was out of town for a few days and missed this post. I was so hoping to pick up a backup. Congrats on the folks who got one.

Either 3 or 4 left at knifeworks as of 1700 EST. Other dealers may have gotten small shipments too. They seem to be trickling out. Camo and black S30V's seem to be in stock at various dealers too.

I actually was trying to click a bookmark for the camo version and I clicked the wrong bookmark for the Grey that I had given up on and it showed up as in stock. I jumped on it!

Thanks for the heads up. I managed to snag the last one at knifeworks.

Any chance there will be more of these released? I love the Para 2 and would like to add this one to the collection.

Bento Box Shop still has them for $175 shipped. Not as cheap as KW or CS, but still cheaper than it will be to pick them up later.

Thanks! Was watching some auctions on ebay, but this beats them by a mile!
