Very nice! How about one small purple wildflower, some moss, and a large, very photogenic, mushroom. :D

Knife is a plain edged Atlantic Salt, rebuilt by STR with stablized Birdseye Maple scales over titanium liners and a wharncliffe tip.

Oh man, that is bad news. I actually have one at Fedex waiting for me to pick up. You pic is making me anxious to get my hands on it!

I tried to bring back the Starmate revival thread, but everyone told me that the general consensus is that there isn't going to be anymore of these. Either a tooling issue or something with the collaboration.

Sal said he asked Bob Terzuola about it and Bob said no. Too bad, it's the only one of his Spyderco collaborations I like.

kawr wrote:Sal has confirmed that he is looking into the possibility of bringing back the Starmate. I know the original Starmate is my Spyderco grail and I would love to see this knife back into production. Now I know its not a done deal but I cant help being excited about this. Just another example of Sal listening to his customers even if it doesnt necessarily translate into profit for his company.
Hopefully there is some weight to this (posted today in general)!!!!!
