I just picked up an Anza mini skinner at KW for around $22, its awesome and almost the exact size of a ladybug. It comes with a belt sheeth but I'm sure a little kydex keychain sheeth would work pretty good too :) Plus its made out of a file and still has the file lines on it(adding to the cool factor IMO).

Google Nemesis. Great and incredibly tiny fixed blade with a kydex sheath.

saw a tiny little lapel knife by Perrin that was a miniaturized LaGriffe. Don't know anything about it beyond that, but I"d love to have one.

Tekna Xtra Edge mini dive knives are the one I remembered. Spotted the above auction on fleabay. Linked it ONLY for reference. It is NOT my auction!
