Another safe queen broken in

#1

Post by Jindydiver »

I went out over the w/e and took a goat with my bow, and then turned it into meat with my new Lum. it worked okay, a bit pointy for the skinning (lucky I didn't want to keep the skin) but good and sharp and worked well for boning out.

How was the grip? Did the handle get slick when you were working with it?

The grip was fine. I always cut with a drawing motion and never stab things with knives that don't have guards.

The bug works fine for deer, but don't EVEN try it for buffalo, you'll need the grasshopper on the bigger game.

I stand corrected. It needs to be sharp though.
