Does anybody have the new british racing green Stretch ZDO 189 ? I read a customer review on knifecenter and the man says that the back lock on these is poorly ground and one edge is not flush with the scale .I am curious if that is the case with all ,even in other shops ?
And about the walker - I think it is too expensive and the blade is shorter than I like . But thanks for the link . :)

So you think the color of the dye used in the FRN had something to do with that? Personally, I doubt that. Whoever did that review could have gotten a sub-par specimen, or could just be a perfectionist expects a mass produced item to be flawless and the "flaws" noted may be so minor that most buyers would not even notice them. In doing research on other items, I've noticed that people are more likely to post a review of something that didn't meet their expectations than something they think is great, so internet reviews tend to be heavily weighted toward the negative.
I have the blue, the green, and 2 cfs. No noticeable play and the cfs are really, really nice knives. My moteng caly junior has no play either. Buy a stretch, you will be glad you did! Russ

No I don't think that -the color has nothing to do with that . The stretch in green is the new model and in the review the man talks about that new model ,not the powder blue previous model. So I thought there was something wrong with only the new model . Now I see that this is not the case . I like the disign of the stretch better than the Endura .For now :)

Same model. Different color.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)
