just wolfed down a tuna sub and a handful of snickers minis

I'm the same way. I've had about a dozen operations and both the anesthetic and the pain killers always make me sick. glad to hear your prognosis is so good. Glad to hear that you are doing better. I get regular migraines and have a "thinking" job. Some of the pain meds mess with your head, so I will pre-cut or bite a pill so that I am only taking a half or so at a time. Some of the hydrocodone pills are larger, so you can cut them into thirds and then take a smaller dose at a time. You can follow up with the next third a bit later etc. It works for me.
