Is there a smaller version of Para-military?

Hi there. I love my para-military 2. Do they make this knife in a smaller version with compression lock, g10 handle, and s30v w/full flat grind?

No. I keep hoping they'll make something like that.

The new Lil Temp 2 sounds like it might be as close as it gets....

I was thinking that the closest you could get in terms of models actually available new/used, and it isn't really close at all, would be the Salsa.

The original Li'l Temp is the only thing that came to mind for me. Unless you want a wharncliff, in which case the Yojimbo/Yo 2 fits the bill.

I heard the Li'l Temp 2 switch from comp. to RIL lock, very disappointing if true. If it was a frame comp lock and I misunderstood, that's cool. But the comp lock is a defining feature of the Li'l Temp IMO.

No, but a good idea! Three inch blade, 1/8" thick, S35VN, little more belly.

Of course a Sage I may be close to that? That's less a compression lock of course.

You could probably buy a para 1 on the cheap then modify it to make it smaller. You could even go as far as cutting the handle down some along with the blade because of the open construction and move the lanyard hole up or remove it all together

Ive looked into shortening the Para on both ends, i decided it wasnt worth the hassle. There isnt much you can remove from the butt of the handle because of how far down the blade is when closed...and thats considering i already took 1/8 inch off the tip of my blade.
