Byrd knife model?

Byrd knife model?

I was in my local outdoors store and i came across a weird byrd knife model number by01bmp with brown micarta handles i think and aus 6 steel. Does anyone know how much t is worth? Thanks.

be careful , it might not be a byrd , see what TazKristi said in here (if it is original i want 1 too )

It was stampes as a byrd and stamp as being made in a specifi city in china with a t i think.

Steer clear of that model. Spyderco did sell a few, but the quality was terrible. I have a buddy that has a Harrier and it is about as nice as the knives you see in convience stores.......not too nice.

Really? It looked and felt really solid... And it's made in Yung Juang not "something with a 't'." It's for sale for $45... is that a good deal?

No, there is a reason they stopped production of them. Unless you are a collector looking for the entire Byrd line you'd probably get way more knife for less money with a newer production model.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)
