Heart Attack Update ...

#1

Post by raven »

Hey All, As some of you know I had posted a while back about the Heart Attack I had on January 15th. Anyway, I visited with my cardiologist on Monday and according to what he said ... My Heart Didn't Suffer Any Damage  . He also stated that I'm doing very well and off any restrictions ...blood pressure is GOOD and Cholesterol is Perfect :) . I need to stay on some of the meds for about 6 months, and later lower the dosage of some. I'm back to work chasing the Bad Guys, Running Again, and Weight Training. If Everything Works Out.....

I'll Be Back On The Track and RACING BMX This Summer ... Woo Hoo :D :D :D !!!

Just thought I'd share. Take Good Care and Be Safe Always ;) .

God Bless :)

Great to hear, Raven. The lack of damage is a testament to the shape you were already in. Take good care!

Rosconey, best of luck. Thinking positive thoughts for the biopsy outcome.

Scary stuff, and a great relief. Best wishes in getting back to full speed.
Our reason is quite satisfied, in 999 cases out of every 1000 of us, if we can find a few arguments that will do to recite in case our credulity is criticized by someone else. Our faith is faith in someone else's faith, and in the greatest matters this is most the case.

I went through an angiogram and they put a stent in one of the main arteries on the left side of my heart. The doc stated that it wasn't a blockage, but a narrowing of the artery. The critical part was that the doc discovered that I had thrown a blood clot next to the narrowing  . The stent immediately started working and no issues ... makes me a Happy Little Camper :D . Hi Gil, thanks for the update. I wish you a safe and speedy recovery.
