I do want to thank everyone for their help I am so happy for all of it. :) Neomik sorry I got lots of help. I did not realize that you as the big man would be upset at some girl asking for help. :D

LOL, I love how most of the replies suggest a small knife. Reminds me of a woman walking into a gun store and the clerk assuming she's best suited with a small, pink revolver.

I can't help myself and leave this unanswered :D :

Why did I have to open my mouth on this :o !!!

I did not try to undermine you as a woman or anything like that I had no intention to offend you or the rest of the Ladies around here  . Any Gentlemen should always help a lady in need!!!

It was only an observation that sometimes more substantial topics and threads get less attention and surprisingly this thread became in a matter of hours a instant super-thread just with a title like "Girl needs help!"! LOL

I am not a "big man" believe me who stands above the modern emancipated women. (I am actually scared  of them!!! I stay hidden and try to avoid the confrontation with them :D !)

For what it's worth I want to thank you that you took the time and read one of my own threads and help me with a suggestion the other day!

Enjoy your time here!!!
Michael

:) Thank you for helping the lady in need. I do not know tons about knives. I now have a few Spyderco knifes and I have grown to like them alot. So when I needed a knife for a task who better to ask then the people that know best.

Thanks Karen

Welcome to the forums =) !

If it's any consolation most of us started with "I need one or two knives max." :o

Anyways...keep your eye out. There are some very cool ones coming out in the near future. Spyderco never fails to impress.

Yea. :p
Or it's a case of "just one more for this specific use", too bad there is always one more. :D

:) That is not a bad thing... Needing one more. I have never found it to be a bad thing. I can come up with a reason to get another.

Hi,
Not to sound like a sexist or anything, but Women generally have smaller hands, and Most of the Women that I have asked and have given them the choice, go for the Dragonfly. It seems to be just the right size for most, its "PRETTY", if You get the Tatoo version, and really doesn't look all that threatening for it's size. Another great choice is the Cricket, which is a great size for most womens hands, and it can do a **** of a lot of slicing! ****, Who really doesn't like the Cricket? Good luck in Your search, You will get a lot of good ideas, from all of the great people on this site. Post a thread, when You find what You are looking for. Just beware, Spyderco's are like potatoe chips, You can't eat just one!!! You can't buy just one!!!
Have fun shopping!
Have a nice Day,
Charlie

I'm pretty sure you could hide the white Dragonfly in cleavage easily. With the aid of distraction, I don't think anyone would notice.
