I have used my UKPKs for eating & preparing food - they make great slicers, especially the G10/S30V ones :)
My spydies: Squeak, Tenacious, Terzuola, D'Allara, UKPK CF peel-ply pre-production, UKPK CF smooth pre-production, UKPK G10 orange leaf-blade, UKPK FRN grey drop-point, UKPK FRN maroon leaf-blade, Bug ... all PE blades :)

It was a combo edge. It's easier to resharpen plain edge (at least for me ). This is ATS 34 blade, titanium lock and aluminium handle. Excellent made, allmost custom quality.
That is a beauty. Welcome to the forum. It's nice to see a knife that has lasted that long. I've always liked the Terzuola. Sweet!

Uncanny how similar the shade of blue is on those three items. Great gear, and great photo. :)

More of a pocket dump for today, there are things I don't usually carry, like coins.
