Just recently sent an email asking the same question. Here is their response.
To purchase a clip kit for your knife you can call the Spyderco Factory Outlet. We need to ask a few questions to make sure we get you the correct clip for your knife. Clips usually range between $3.95 to $7.95 and Salt H-1 Clips are $11.95 Shipping for USA is $1.95 and International shipping is $5.00. Our store hours are Monday – Friday 10 am - 6 pm and Saturday 10 am - 5 pm Mountain Standard Time.

Thank You,

Clip is easy, as already noted. Black hardware might be another story. They can't sell you something that doesn't exist and I'm not sure black hardware for the PM2 currently exists.

Pic of digicam on KC has a plain SS clip. Of course their pics are not always right. Black blade para has black clip (once again going by KC pic)

The catalogue shows both the black G10 and digicam P2 with dlc blades having black hardware and clips. I guess the easiest way to find out is to call them and then report back here with your finding.

There have been enough cases where Spyderco catalog illustrations of yet to be released models turned out to be less than 100% accurate that I'm hesitant to assume too much before a model has shipped and photos of actual production knives start appearing here and elsewhere.

The catalog shows that both the regular DLC PM2 and the digicam DLC PM2 have black hardware, we've seen the regular DLC PM2 and it doesn't have black hardware, so I kinda suspect that the DLC digicamo might not have it either.
Though I do wish both did. :)
Maybe they'll change it in the future.
