Calypso family.
Caly 3.5- work
Caly Jr. ZDP- home
Calypso- special occasion dress knife

I used to always return to the Police 3 after carrying other knives for a while. But the Caly family has taken dominance in my collection. I also carry either my Jester or Ladybug hawk. Now things may change when my Para 2 gets here, but I think my Caly knives will still have top honors.

EDC of choice is a Stretch CF w/ZDP-189 since I picked it up six months ago. However, I carry a Leaf Storm at work because of blade-length limitations there. Both cut like crazy, but the ZDP-189 stays sharp seemingly forever!

Hawke - great choice. I have one for a backup.

I don't see a BRG one listed here on the site. The Blue FRN ZDP-189 Stretches are selling for an unbelievable $84.95 here, though. Wow, that's a steal for great knife.

I think the BRG Stretch's will be released later. I was kind of surprised they aren't offered with CF. I have the blue stretch too and really like the color. It looks like the 4 or 5 color options are going to be isolated to Delicas and Enduras (or some I'm unaware of). No matter what the handle color the Stretch is a great knife IMO. It is THE knife to carry if you only carry one. I bounce back and forth between it and a Delica both w/ZDP. Looking forward to getting a FFG, ZDP Delica when they are released. I'll bet they have hundreds of them just sitting in a warehouse. Sal and crew are just sitting around laughing while we wait. :D Just kidding of course. I wonder what the loading dock would look like if the knives were sold to the public one at a time there instead of being put on a truck. It would probably look like an early 1930s soup line. :)

When I'm out of school, my favorite is the Military. I'm able to do any required task easily.

I hate to ask. What do you mean by "school"?

Just recently the VG-10 FFG Endura 4 (and FFG Delica 4) have displaced the Caly Jr. ZDP I carried for years. Still also always carry a Ladybug.

But I just love these new FFG Enduras (and Delicas) lightweights. Just amazing quality and value for the money, imo, with great ergonomics, the screw construction, skeletonized liners, great FFG VG-10 blade and all the other great features.

Also, I was surprised to find what a joy VG-10 is to use and maintain after coming from using a ZDP blade as my EDC. I seem to prefer VG-10. Just seems to take a great edge very easily, easier to keep it very close to 100% with very little effort.

Also enjoying the extra length of the Endura more than I thought I would.

Edit: Recently acquired Para 2 and Caly 3.5 have become my favorites.

Cay 3 zdp at work and Sage 3 when I'm wearing jeans. Throw in a purple Delica 4 ffg or zdp to mix it up once in a while!

Lately I've been carrying a Sage 3 and either an Ensura4SE or a Stretch2PE.

I have one of these godsends to the knife world. I wouldn't sell it for double what I paid for it. If I'm offered triple I probably would sell it after thinking about it for a minute. Great, great knife.

Spyderco StreetBeat in a custom concealx sheath cliped to my belt using a G-clip at my 3 O Clock position.

I also carried an orange military for the longest time, but the StreetBeat has always been there everyday, day in and day out.
