G-10 w/ M4 (or a high-carbon tool steel) and the linerlock (or a new lock.)
;P

(I do like the Ti framelock, but I already have so many... I'm excited about the Stoplock.)

CF or G10 are much of a muchness to me. While CF does have few practical advantages I personally think that CF is not worth the added cost, and often prices these knives out of the market for a lot of people.

Now if another sprint (or exclusive) run were to happen I'd be all over it if full SERRATIONS (yes you read correctly) were offered as an option. Even more so now that the SE Millie has been discontinued. A certain other knife company offers their limited runs in both CE and PE with great success. So much so that that these runs would seem to sell out before they're even announced....

While CPM M4 is an outstanding steel, I think a lot of users are shy of it due to it's lack of corrosion resistance. Also we've just had an M4 run ( Thank you Roger :D )

So for me it would me : G10- Ti S90V offered in PE & SE.

... otherwise I can honestly say I would not be interested in any further PE Millie runs.

I am not a big Military fan. Do not own one at this time, but will not be able to resist this baby:Black G-10 / Ti Military in S90v

I'm ready to start trying some new high performance steels. I've got enough S90V already, and didn't even pre order a para millie in S90V.

Now one in 3V, or CTS B70, or B75 or a bunch of other steels and I'm in.

Not me. Only have 2 models in S90v out of 300.
The Military & Manix 2.
Para 2 is on the way.
So far its easily my favorite blade steel. Its been around for 20 yrs and is seldon used.
Maybe in part as it so hard on the tools / belts?
Stays sharp forever, no corrosion issues like carbon / tool steel. ;)

No Ti for me. Left-handed, G10 (to keep cost low), S90V or M4 is good.

The focus should be on the steel; the handle materials make little difference. I especially dislike Titanium framelocks.

I think that's because one Military in S90V is enough, and some actually prefer the al G10 configuration?

Agree on all except the left handed thing (sorry, I am not a lefty at the moment).

I am interested in the next Military lock though...would be nice if it were left and right friendly (I am occasionally a lefty when I injure my right...it happens).

I must echo the sentiment of Ti frame locks though...I really do not get it? I have tried (and own) examples by the man credited with this design (as well as Spyderco's examples)...I still do not like them.

Gack! Given these choices...Butter knife it is.
Thanks,
Ken (my real name)

I don't care about handle or blade material. I just want a tip-up carry option.
