I'm not surprised that the Leaf Storm survives. It's one of the few useful knives with a blade of <2.5" that's legal in cities and places with that severe restriction. Plus it has an excellent blade in S30v.

I'm happy to see the Stretch CF carry on, as it's an outstanding EDC. I anticipated that the blue Stretch would give way to a BRG FRN. Sal has commented that he'd like consistency with the ZDP blades sporting BRG as a distinction. I'm personally not a BRG fan, but I can think of other choices with which I'd be less enamored.

I would have to agree with you on at least the Leafstorm. I personally love the knife, but didnt think there was that much demand. BUT, there must be since I keep trying to pick up one on the cheap on ebay and they almost never go lower than $130. There is solid, well priced demand out there for them. (maybe thats not the best indicator, but I recently got 2 Delica G10s for $70... and they are now disco'd).

I've briefly discussed this with Sal upon my last visit to SFO this past summer...
Nothing confirmed, but I have a strong impression that the 'door is open' with regards to a CHINOOK FOUR (...CPM S90V was discussed, FWIW)

I would love to see a renaissance in part to the earlier, beefier & more solid Chinook design and construction, possibly Combination Edge / SB

SE Millie :( lets say this is retiring instead .... discontinued and Military are hard words to see in the same sentence. Especially when we're talking about IMO the best serrated blade in the business.

+1.

If this becomes the new Chinook Four , I could see a definite justification for any practically necessary increase in ticket price, and I do have to wonder where and how royalties to Mr. Keating would effectively pertain at any such stage...

I regard the potential of S90V and return to heftier designs as a 'win/win' all the way -- even as higher priced, I'd be the first in line if this ever becomes reality! :D

My $0.02 / SB :)

IIRC the production of the Rock Lobster is pretty limited in numbers so low production numbers are just on par with demand.

The Atlantic Salt is the only surprise in the bunch for me. I thought it was a staple kinda like the Endura. Thanks for the list!

I hope they skip the FFG on this one, and go with a Hollow ground similar to the second model.Put a 20 degree edge on it (s90v should hold that). and oh yeah Combo edge and swedge grind for me also.It would be cool if they grind the swedge until it almost has a edge(false edge) also.Maybe change the G10 Color to something other than black, nothing flashy just not black.

Looks like its time to get my first UKPK, really too bad I won't get a chance to buy the G-10 Delica, Chinook 3, or Poliwog most likely...I wish I had an unlimited knife budget, I'd be getting most of the models listed

I just ordered the discontinued Poliwog G-10 from KC for $80. It was the lowest price I could find at any reputable dealer by $20.
