I've seen a few on ebay, but other than that I haven't seen any.

The ones you see on ebay sometimes fool you at first glance, atleast they do me until I start reading and realize I am looking at a pin and not a knife.
I actually forgot about the pins, I have a box of them somewhere
At one time or another, Spyderco handed out all of them except for the little gold :spyder: at trade shows and knife shows. Generally shortly after the model they represent was introduced (although the BiFold pin beat the real McCoy to market by a couple years. They also occasionally slip one into the box when you order a knife from SFO. The most likely "secondary market" source would be eBay. Most of them show up there occasionally.
They're made for Spyderco by a company in Amsterdam, New York called Empire Pewter. AFAIK, Empire does not have a website, but will send you a catalog with at least some of the pins. I believe you can order directly from them.
The gold :spyder: s are/were given to Spyderco employees who have worked there for a specific amount of time. As with the pewter pins, they show up on eBay. although much less frequently.

Only ones I'd call partly opened are the Dyad and the Snap it. The Dyad looks better that way than with both blades fully open, it's the way multi blade knives are most often displayed. As for the Snap It, fully open would hide it's most unique feature, the snap.

very true, but the Endura pin always looked funky to me, never understood why they made it look like that.

im surprise they made one of the Pride too.
Have to remember the Endura is the original version with the integral FRN clip. I'd guess it's the first, or one of the first, pins that was made. My guess would be that, like a number of the other pins, the Pride was a model Spyderco wanted to publicize a bit.
