Gun Show

#1

Post by pcsheriff1 »

Okay, I dont run across a lot of "Deals". This past weekend I get a call from a buddy who is a custom holster maker who is set up at a local gun show. He says that there is a gentleman at the show who has quite a few plain box (ie. Red black and blue) box old stock. Long story short I now have 27 old models which included a left handed plain edge Harpy. I also have lefty executives, hunters, mariners etc. etc. Not a bad weekend for a Spyder nut :D
I am techno challenged and so can't do pic's right now but they are coming as soon as I figure out how. I have read gun show threads in the past but nothing along the lines of this find. Just thought I would share with folks who actually understand.

I missed the show this weekend but if it was the one in raleigh I likely know which dealer you got them from.

Either way good catch. It's great finding old ones when they come up.

One model took about 15 years before it finally showed up for me. Enjoy! :)

Mastiff,
Yes it was raleigh. I have been to shows over there for 30 years and have never run across something like this. I think I bought the dealer out, however I am going to call on tuesday and see if he has more. If so i will let you know by PM.
