Ordered a Blue FFG Delica for my sister last week (thursday?) It got here yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service I recieved. He helped me pay through paypal at 11:30 at night and communicated very well with me the whole time.

Good guy!

Goin' on 2 decades with Jeff. He's gets my orders right. He's honest. Ships quick. Any problems I had, he NEVER passed the buck. Just took care of it and made it right.
Used to PORE over the catalogs he sent before the internet took over.
I still like to call my orders in and shoot the breeze with him. If you've never ordered from cutleryshoppe.com, you're missing out Spyderco fans!
Tell him moshi-moshi mo' fro sent you.

+1

I once pre-ordered a Spyderco with Jeff and he made a mistake with the price he had listed on his site. He preferred losing money on my order rather than change the terms of the deal, despite me asking him to. It is very hard to find people who stand by their word nowadays, especially knife dealers.

That's right. Cutlery Shoppe. Jeff. There's not only knives on his site. There are some choice items geared to those who believe in being prepared. IF you are not sure, just ask him. He will give you an HONEST opinion. I give you headsup that he is more likely to give you the practical viewpoint. Along the way he gave me pointers and educated me on what to truly appreciate about knives.
Disclaimer: I'm not associated in a profit motivated/kickback/business sense in any way with Cutlery Shoppe except as a very satisfied consumer. It's just that throughout the years, I've been lied to, even outright taken to the cleaners(!), dissatisfied and disappointed not just occasionally but many times. Never with Jeff. He simply provides sterling service and quality products. Wish more folk practiced these old time values...*Heavy sigh*

Ordered a PPT from him today. He had sold out of them yesterday, and told me he was getting more in today. He said he would give me a call today when they came in, and did just that. It's hard to find people that will do what they say they will do these days.
