-5 SP Forager....
I expected a nice sharp chopper.
This thing came as sharp as any S90V, M4, ZDP, S30V whatever I have ever seen!
Shockingly sharp! Scarry Sharp! Even more so on this type of knife!
Am sure its a fluke, but just had to share my good fortune...... :)

It looks like a razor edge for sure! I got to handle one of these at a gun show, and it was quite hard to resist....

Very nice :) Thanks for sharing!

Received my Forager yesterday....WOW!...I got a "fluke" also...hair poppin' sharp out of the box...A word of warning, don't drop this knife while you are fondling it, it's likely to sever whatever it might encounter.

I have all 4; the Woodlander is my sharpest out of the box. My Forester was sharper than the Forager.

I got two at the sale. One's hair-shaving sharp while the other is fairly dull. Ergos are okay, but I think the Rock Salt is more comfortable and is much better balanced (less fatiguing on my wrist). Good thing the price was low, as I won't feel bad about putting it to use.
