Isn't Wenger owned by Victorinox?

I dig the idea of that SE.

I'm pretty sure it is, but I like the Victorinox designs, shapes, tools, etc. better - for example the can opener/small driver fits into most Philips screws, so it does away with the need for that added on...

Wenger and Victorinox both are owned by the Elsener family, but one company doesn't own the other.

There are several serrated Wenger models, I carry a serrated Highlander quite often (mine's fully serrated, but I could only find a pic of a combo edge one).

I would have figured that that serration pattern was proprietary. Unless there is some kind of license agreement...
