Monday afternoon, I reached into my pocket, and heard a kind of "sproing! tink tink tink" sound. " Huh? What was that? " I wondered. Looked down and saw my Native4's clip on the floor. Retrieved my knife, which had fallen to the bottom of my pocket. No screws. I guess they backed out one at a time, and the last one had just given up the ghost.
So, I sent an Email to the wonderful people in Golden, CO. Charlynn responded Wednesday with a request for my address. Upon receipt of my address, she shipped three new screws, free of charge. They're now in their new home, secured with a little Loc-Tite. :) Native4 is back in my pocket where it belongs. :D
Thank you Charlynn!
Thank You Charlynn!
How did you get yours so quickly? I spoke with Charlynn over the phone about the exact same issue, about the exact same knife (Native 4) over three weeks ago, and still no screws. Since the problems were so similar, I wonder if she got the orders mixed up?

I'll never get tired of saying that CHARLYNN IS GREAT!!!!!! She's very fast normally but sometimes she and the rest of the crew at W&R have lots of work to get done, send her an email to remind her and she'll take good care of you.
